Covenant Health offers a full range of management services, including services to organizations operating or developing hospitals, long term care facilities, assisted living residences, community-based programs and independent housing. We tailor the services we provide to the specific needs of each organization and create flexible arrangements that respond to operational issues, planning needs and program development.
Management is available to organizations that want to retain governance control but are in need of experienced and professional management. Typically, management contracts cover a three-year term. However, Covenant does offer interim management and other types of consultative management services. Fees are negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
