Our full-service hospitals provide a complete array of inpatient and outpatient care to address the needs of individuals navigating serious illness, accident or surgery. Our hospitals also offer access to advanced diagnostics, surgical suites and fully staffed emergency departments that operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Primary care providers and practices plays a unique and critical role in helping individuals get and stay well. Our primary care providers are among the most committed and compassionate in the industry. We encourage everyone to establish a long-term relationship with a primary care provider as it is an investment in your health and well-being.

Our specialty care providers and clinics offer care and treatment to patients who require specific expertise and practical experience. Our specialty services include Cardiovascular Care, Digestive Health, General Surgery, Orthopedics and more.

Our urgent care clinics provide community members with fast and easy access to care when they have minor injuries and illnesses that cannot wait for a doctor’s appointment but do not warrant an emergency department visit.

Covenant Health organizations offer a range of outpatient and inpatient behavioral health care to adults, teens and children who are struggling with mild to severe mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety and more.

Senior Living

Our independent and assisted living communities offer a wide range of care that includes everything from providing residents social opportunities and helping them with daily chores to caring for residents who need a helping hand and ensuring their medical needs are met.

Our independent living residences provide for the social and emotional well-being of individuals who can live independently without much support but desire community and light assistance, such as help with laundry and cleaning.

Our assisted living communities provide care and support for those who are generally able to feed and care for themselves but need assistance with other activities daily-living, such as getting dressed, bathing or managing medications.

Skilled and Rehabilitative Care

Skilled nursing and restorative care focuses on providing a blend of clinical, holistic and integrated care to support residents’ health and overall well-being. Our geriatric health care providers work collaboratively with each resident and their family to create an individual and effective care plan.

Our short-term rehabilitation unit focuses on patients requiring therapies and care as they recover from illness, accident or surgery. Our staff works with each patient to develop a coordinated plan for recovery to ensure a successful transition from the hospital to home.

Our long-term care focuses on providing a blend of clinical, holistic and integrated care to support residents’ health. Our geriatric health care providers work collaboratively with each resident and their family to create an individual and effective care plan.

Our specialized memory care units are specifically designed to be home-like environments that meet the changing needs of memory care residents, ensure their safety and support their overall care experience.

Our palliative care programs are designed to help individuals who have been diagnosed with a chronic or terminal illness adjust to their present reality and make the most out of each and every day.

Our hospice programs provide emotional, physical and spiritual comfort for individuals who are approaching the end of life, as well as their families.
