Mount St. Rita Health Centre, a member of Covenant Health, recently welcomed a new Director of Admissions and Director of Nursing to its team. They will help lead the 98-bed community, which offers short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care as well as palliative care, hospice support, wound care and other specialty programs.
Stephanie Plamondon – Director of Admissions
Plamondon oversees the admission process for new patients and residents. She also works with community partners and families to educate them on the services and programs Mount St. Rita Health Centre provides. Plamondon previously worked at Scandinavian Communities in Cranston, R.I. as its Admissions and Marketing Director and later also took on the Office Manager role. Prior to that, she worked as an Admissions and Marketing Director at Steere House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Providence, R.I. Plamondon holds an associate degree in communications from Community College of Rhode Island as well as an associate degree in psychology from Rhode Island College.
Cassandra Dube, RN – Director of Nursing
Dube drives the nursing department’s success by ensuring comprehensive and exemplary resident and patient care. Prior to joining Mount St. Rita Health Centre, Dube was the Director of Wellness at Chapel Hill in Cumberland, R.I. and a Nurse Manager at Codac Behavioral Health in Providence, R.I. Dube currently attends Southern New Hampshire University. She is working toward a master’s degree in nursing and her family nurse practitioner license. She holds an associate degree in nursing from the Community College of Rhode Island.
