To Our Patients with Humana Medicare Advantage Health Insurance:

We are pleased to inform you that Covenant Health and Humana have reached an agreement on a contract extension.  This means that patients of St. Joseph Hospital in Nashua, NH,  St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine and St. Joseph Healthcare in Bangor, Maine, as well as affiliated outpatient facilities and practices will continue to have uninterrupted access to the care and services we offer.

What This Contract Renewal Means to You:

• Joseph Hospital, St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, St. Joseph Healthcare as well as affiliated outpatient facilities and provider practices will continue to be considered in-network for Humana Medicare Advantage members.
• You will continue to have access to the provider(s) you currently see and the full range of inpatient and outpatient services we offer.
• You will continue to access care the same way you have in the past, using the same methods you use today.

We appreciate your patience throughout this process. Our discussions have opened dialogue on ways that we can work together to have a productive relationship on the delivery of patient care in a changing healthcare landscape.
